We collect only what we need to run Aetherios and make it smarter for your organization. We don't sell your data. We don't use it for advertising. Your company's knowledge stays yours — it's never used to train public AI models.

Account and contact information
Name, email address, company name, and role. Used to create and manage your account, communicate with you, and personalize your Aetherios experience.
Organizational data
Information you connect to Aetherios — team structures, documents, workflows, tool integrations. This is the data Aetherios learns from to build your Company Brain. It stays in your org and is never shared externally or used to train public models.
Demo interaction data
If you interact with our demo (Ask Aetherios), the content of your queries is processed in real time to generate responses. We do not store query content beyond the active session.
Lead and inquiry information
If you request a demo, trial, or contact us, we collect the information you submit — name, email, company, message. Used only to respond to your inquiry.
Usage data
IP addresses and basic request logs collected for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and service reliability. We do not build advertising profiles from this data.
Supabase — We store user accounts, lead information, and org data securely in Supabase, a hosted database service. Data is stored on infrastructure within the United States.
Vercel — Our application is hosted on Vercel. Basic request data (IP addresses, request logs) may be collected by Vercel as part of their hosting service.
Anthropic — AI responses are generated via the Anthropic Claude API. Content submitted to Aetherios AI features is processed by Anthropic in accordance with their usage policies. Organizational data used for org-specific intelligence is not transmitted to Anthropic in identifiable form.
Your organization's data is yours. If you cancel your Aetherios subscription, you may request a full export of your organizational data before deletion. We will provide this within 30 days of a verified request. We retain organizational data for up to 90 days after cancellation before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
We take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to organizational data is permission-gated and role-based. We do not grant employee access to customer data without explicit authorization or as required to resolve a support issue you've raised.
Account and lead information is retained for as long as your account is active, plus up to 12 months after closure or your deletion request. Demo interaction data is not retained beyond the session. Usage data (rate limiting) is retained for 24 hours.

Aetherios is a business platform and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
We may update this policy as Aetherios evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
